Free to the Farm - Free Shipping on orders over $500*

Terms and Conditions *1. Free delivery applies to orders with a value over $500 (Inc. GST) made online at 2. Free delivery only available to Australia mainland and Tasmania, excluding remote locations. 3. Free delivery does not apply to goods that are classified by BSC Ag as ‘bulky or heavy’ items (e.g. 100kg Feeder Chain or 2m long Auger). 4. Once an item is placed in the shopping cart, the user will be notified if the order incurs a freight charge. 5. Once the order has been submitted, if our freight costs are substantially higher, we will contact you within 2 business days to discuss an additional delivery charge. A full refund will be issued if you choose not to accept the additional charge. 6. BSC Ag does not charge for orders picked up from our warehouse (Click & Collect).


Free Click & Collect (In-Store Pickup)

Click & Collect is available from any of our store locations. The Click & Collect may be unavailable during major sales events and promotions.

BSC Ag's Click & Collect is available only to customers located within Australia.

During major sales events & promotions, item/s in your Order may not be available. BSC Ag will contact you to discuss alternative arrangements.

You will be contacted by the store to inform you when your order is ready for collection, please note that you will not be able to collect your order until notified by our store. This may take up to 2 business days. You will be informed by email or phone of any unexpected delays with your order.

Once you have been informed by the store that your order is ready for collection, you will be provided with collection instructions.

Pickup can then be made at the following times only:
Monday - Friday (8am to 5pm), and Saturday (9am to Midday)

Orders must be collected within 14 days from the date you are notified that your Order is ready for collection; you will be contacted prior to this date as a reminder collection is available. If your Order is not collected within this time a refund will be issued using the same payment method, you will be contacted to notify you when this will take place.

When collecting your goods at the Click to Collect store, you are required to supply a copy of your Invoice (printed or on your smartphone) and photo identification.

If you are not personally available to collect the goods, you may appoint a representative, you must contact us to arrange this if you did not specify it at checkout. The representative is required to supply a copy of your Click to Collect Notification email (printed or on their smartphone) and photo identification at the time of collection. You agree that we will be entitled to rely on the representative's instructions as if they were your own.

BSC Ag reserves the right to change or discontinue the Click to Collect service at any time, without notice. 


Freight Charges – Australia Wide

Delivery is provided by Australia Post eParcel, StartTrack Premium, Toll, and TNT Express. All deliveries can be tracked at all times via their online tracking systems.

If you require Express Freight and your order is eligible, please select it during the checkout process.



Delivery Times

Delivery times will vary depending on your location. Express Post Is offered within Australia at an additional cost.

We pack 95% of our orders within 1 business day and dispatch from our warehouse network throughout Australia. We will contact you if there is a delay with your order. In the unlikely case that an item is out of stock we will ensure they are priority goods and will be dispatched as soon as possible.

In the event of a stock item being ordered whilst out of stock the customer will be notified immediately by phone or email.

Courier Deliveries

  • Courier deliveries will only be made to fixed addresses. (No PO Box, PMB, Parcel Locker etc)
  • All goods require a signature on delivery so you will need to be home to claim - consider having the order sent to a business address to avoid redelivery hassles 
  • Please ensure we are aware of any special delivery requirements.
